The hotel offers a comfortable stay with great value for money. Despite some minor issues with room readiness, my overall experience was positive, especially with a helpful and accommodating service.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to par with many maintenance issues and a delayed readiness. However, the service from the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to compensate for any inconveniences. Despite the room shortcomings, the location was fantastic, and the dining experience had its highs and lows.

The hotel rooms were large with loads of space for families and very spacious. The rooms are in need of serious refurbishment, impacting the value and overall score. The service staff was helpful and professional, but check-in delays affected the experience. The location is excellent for exploring on foot, with easy access to the beach and shops. The dining experience lacked Wi-Fi and breakfast inclusion, which affected the overall satisfaction.

For my spouse's birthday, we stayed at this hotel with a 5-view over the rubbish-room grim-sofa bed at a major slope, which was lovely and spacious. The service was very accommodating, despite feeling more like a truck stop at times. The location, facing the Intracoastal waterway, allowed for peaceful sleep but lacked information about breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a quick walk over the bridge to reach the beach and the Galleria for shopping and dining across the street. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a highlight for me. However, I missed having a coffee shop or restaurant directly inside the hotel. The service was exceptional with extremely friendly and helpful staff, although the price was a bit high at $30 a night. Dining at the Vue on the water was a delightful experience, albeit a little expensive. Overall, a solid 4-star hotel with wonderful amenities and a great location!
